We once had a purple crayon. It ruined one whole batch of clothes when it melted in the dryer and the residue also got on a 2nd load. Yes, I'm all for the note to self about emptying pockets.
I liked your last post with the creative door decor!
Megz, I'm behind so I'll comment on the fact that Honey Bunches of Oats can't be "old people cereal" because Jake eats it every morning. As for finding things in the wash -- I gave up on reminding and just started diligently checking pockets myself -- ugg. I used to find lots of cash until Tia started doing her own wash.
Hey, I washed and ruined Riley's ipod. I'm a mean mom and expect my kids to do their own laundry or at least check their pockets when they sneak their clothes into the dirty laundry. I just wish someone would invent clothes that never got dirty. I hate doing laundry.

Love it, I am so glad that this happens at your house too!!!
too bad you didn't find some cash. That is always a pleasant surprise!
That's awesome! How did they fit all that in their pockets? Cargo pants?
yipes...you should remind them to just leave CHANGE in their pockets (not toys or food)...at least $ is helpful!
Those raisins look like dates...yum! I recommend gum.
Yeah, I think I would ban raisins entirely. Wait! I think I did!
Ew....raisins always look the same, whether they're through the washer or through the digestive track.
It's the paper I hate finding all over the washing machine! Pieces glued on everything.

That is hilarious. Just this week I was saying that we have the cleanest Bakugans in town!
